Rick Klepfer Design is interested in design projects for residences and in restoration of historic houses.
The full scope of services that we perform is:
• Evaluation of property or existing structures for purchase
• Developing topographic information (contours)
• Coordinating soils evaluation with septic engineers
• Schematic design of structures, based upon needs of owner
• Measuring of existing structures
• Preparation of base drawings for existing structures
• Calculation of expansion of structures in the Shoreland Zone
• Taking projects through the Planning Board, when required
• Development of full construction documents for bidding
• Coordination with structural engineers
• Assistance in bidding project to contractors
• Oversight of projects in construction
• Resolution of problems during construction
• Punch list and final acceptance of completed project
These services can be utilized or eliminated, based upon the needs of the owner and the requirements of the local regulatory agencies.
We utilize the latest in equipment and technology in our work. All drawings are produced using AutoCAD and we can transmit these to a consultant or our clients easily. We have all plotting, printing and photographic capabilities in house and therefore are able to maintain the lowest costs possible.
